User Support

To get started, in the material of the FLEXPART-10 course in 2019 you find an introduction, physics lecture, exercises, etc. Download it here.

Tickets (with bug reports, proposals for enhancements, etc) are highly welcomed, please send an email to flexpart-support.img-wien /at/ univie.ac.at. The email will be forwarded to the developers, and if appropriate, be converted to an "Issue" (ticket) in Gitlab. You will be kept informed through emails. Archived tickets of the trac-system can be found here.

Mailing list for discussion among users of FLEXPART (& FLEXTRA):

Not for bug reports or feature requests - those have to be submitted through tickets But for discussing ideas with others on the list, ask for peer support, find collaborators, announce interesting results, advertise Fp-related jobs, etc.

The list is presently not moderated and not archived. Also, announcements (e. g., new versions of FLEXPART and related software) will be made through this list!

As the this website has been blocked for certain countries because of high spam levels, you have the alternative to subscribe by sending email to flexpart-request /at/ lists.univie.ac.at (pls correct the address manually - spam protection), no subject and subscribe flexpart in the mail body. If you subscribe from a non-institutional email address, you will probably be asked to provide some information about yourself and your work, in order to keep spambots out!
